I am glad to inform you that Jhargram Nanibala Balika Vidyalaya is one of the premier schools in the Jhargram district and it will complete its seventy five years journey in the year 2025. Presently it has near about one thousand one hundred students from class V to class XII. In higher secondary course there are two streams namely Arts and Science. In each year more than 90% students have passed both Madhyamik and Higher Secondary courses. There are seventeen whole time teachers in the school and six posts remain vacant. With these limited teachers, the colleagues are seriously teaching their respective subjects to make better results of our students; beside these they are acting as nodal teacher in different projects of the Government like Kanyashree, Sikhyashree, Sabujsathi, Minority Scholarship, Mid-Day meal, Bangla Siksha Portal, Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarship etc.

The school is conducting its other activities like annual sports,cultural competition, Swaraswatipuja, celebration of different special days like Independence Day, Prajatantra dibas, Rabindranath Tagores birthday, Netaji subhas birthday and foundation day of the school etc.

The school has introduced a short speech delivery system on the recent topic at the prayer line to develop smartness among students.

There is a hostel named Nibedita Bhavan for the poor girls whose residence is at far places.

There are five non teaching staffs and one post of librarian remains vacant; they are very co-operative for smooth running of the school.

The administrator of the school is also very sincere and co-operative for the progress of the school.

There are few problems of the school like shortage of teaching strength, lack of some infra structure like school building , boundary wall in play ground, security staff etc

However my vision is to make one of the model schools in the Jhargram district by the united performance of our colleagues, students, guardians and administrator and finally with the state Govt. support.
