School is a place of celebration of knowledge and learning, which is not confined by the bonds of caste, creed and social status. It is a place where students from every sphere of life assembled to attain knowledge, to form themselves and achieve their ultimate goal of becoming a just and virtuous human.

Our school has too, tried with our best efforts to inculcate these ethics in us, so that our student, achieve their dreams and have a holistic growth. Here in this school we try to nurture the talents with utmost efficiency and sincerity, so that these students become, strong and amiable.

And I believe our school, despite being in a remote place, has always come toe to toe with other schools of the cities and wining in almost every competition we take part in. Our academic excellence is yet another example of our efforts in nurturing the basic value of schooling.

Our school is adapting to the new and modern ways of imparting education, we are improvising the old ways and therefore constantly evolving to better cater the needs and requirements and to properly educate and inculcate the morals of responsibility, discipline and sincerity onto our students. This journey of ours is filled with ups and down, but never the less we never had a partial judgment towards imparting the knowledge and learning.

The curriculum of our school aims at bringing liberation and empowerment for the students here. No aspect regarding the overall growth is left untouched. Mental, physical and cultural activities are the basic components of our curriculum, where each and every student is given equal opportunity to partake in these activities to find and appreciate their innate qualities which if remain undiscovered will be lost.

We value and encourage the students to explore their talents and provide strength to their talent through hard work and perseverance.  It is because of this I strongly believe that many of our students who had participated in competitions at various levels have come through with wonderful results. Whether be in performing arts, or academics our students have always proven their worth.

Our school is flourishing and the number of students too has doubled and owing to this as a form of new energy five energetic and creative young volunteer teachers got their appointment adding to the enthusiasm and creativity of the school. For which I would like to thank the Dept. of Education and the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration. It is no doubt; that GTA has left no stone unturned to ensure quality education in the hills by fulfilling shortage of the teachers in different schools under GTA administration.

So, all in all 2019 is the year of great success for the school and everyone associated with us. I am thankful for all the support of my staff, guardians and the local community. And sincerely I would like to say that we will always try our best to reach the height of new standard in education. We as educators will always, without being hesitant, come forward for the holistic growth of our students. We will put our most honest effort to inculcate in our student the basic morals and ethic much needed by our society. As we do not take this as duties but we with our whole heart take it as a responsibility.
