History

Deshbandhunagar Girls' high school was established in the year 1964 and was recognised on 1.1.1965. The school resides in Jalpaiguri,by the beautiful river banks of Teesta,West Bengal. Though a major part of the students are from families those are continuously fighting with poverty,penury and scarcity of the light of knowledge,they are showing their glory in the field of education,sports and culture activities through their hard work,willpower and diligence .
