PATHARSON DURGANAGAR R.R.PRY SCHOOL IS Established in 1950..The first Head-Teacher was Shashibhushan Roy Singha.  From then the school runs through many ups and downs. Once the School Building was damaged completely by thunder-Storm. So the school has no documents of the previous days before the storm. It has documents only from 1981. From the very beginning the school was a good one. I am very proud to say that I was a student of this school. When I read in the school (1986-1988) then there were 7 teachers in this school. Dijendranath Deb was the Head-Teacher. He was a good Teacher. He got "RASTRAPATI PURASKAR from the then President of India.,though  not as a Teacher but as a Chanter. Other Teachers of that time were also good and caring. I came in this school in 2011. Arati Devi was then the Teacher-in-Charge. She was a good natured and religious minded lady. As soon as I came to the school she has got retired (in 2011). I took the charge of this school in 2011. Taking charge I am trying my best for the progress of the School. The School got "NIRMAL VIDYALAYA PURASKAR " in 2016. One Student of this School named ARKAJYOTI BARMAN also got the 2nd Prize in the "NIRMAL VIDYALAYA ART COMPETITION-2016". Over all the School is a good one in this area.
