Dhekiajan 4th Plan Pry. School was established in the year 1973.Some people interested in education of this village started the school in a hut. After that the Govt. of West Bengal sanctioned the school for the benefit of education in the year 1973.Since then, this institution is playing a vital role in primary education in Sitai Block.
