History

         " School is the epitom of socity".On this goal Bhelapeta High School ( H.S ) started its journey scince 01.01.1986, by approval of West Bengal Government . Our co-education school situated in the village Bhelapeta of Natabari II Gram panchayet ( Tufanganj ) under the district of Cooch Behar.This school locate  in a remote village area.But it is the lifeblood of the village children for their education.For continued sucess it was promoted first to Secondary level in  the year 1996 and later to the Higher Secondary with Arts stream in the year 2009 respectively.We have already celebrate ' Silver Jubilee ' of our school in  the year 2011 proudly.Apart from education our school has been playing aleading role in project like -" Kanyashree " , " Sikshashree ", " Minority ", " Mid - Day- Meal " etc.Mentioned that our school got 1st position for the best performance " Kanyashree Prakalpa " in Tufanganj II Block in the year 2019.Our school has another opportunity for the students of class IX TO XII to learn ' Tourism ' and ' Construction ' as Vocational course.  

                       Despite the shortage of teaching and non teaching staff our school is now sucessfully moving foroward with more than thousand students and 14 class units from V to XII.
