History

The School "Ayrani Chithaliya Chakarnath 4th Plan Primary School" has come into existence in 1968. It is situated in the village AYRANI CHITHALIYA of Cooch Behar district. It comes under Maruganj GP of Tufanganj-I block. The village Ayrani Chithaliya was very vast in area and there was no school in "Darir Kuthi" area. So necessity came for a school in this area, thus this School has been established . This School aprox.2km far away from Maruganj market.
