The school was established in 1953 in the premises of a Hari Mandir in Bochamari area of Shalbari No. 2 area. The school then acquired ten bighas of land through the generous donations of Shri Ravichan Rava, Shri Shankar Bihari Rava, Smt. The school was then built on its own land, a short distance from its former location.
