History

Balakuthi High School was established in the year 2000. It was upgraded as a " X" class co-education school in the year 2006 under West Bengal Board of Secondary education. Its index no is 02-038 and it is a govt sponsored high school with requisite school buildings staff room, H.M. room, class room etc. It has own land. Local people guardians extended help and are always helpful in its development S.S.M., Local bodies , M.L.A. contributed in its infrastructural development.
