History

Uttaran Primary School was established in 1999. It was a defunct school under Cooch Behar Sadar no-4 Circle. Then it refunct in May 1999 at Dhaldabri no-4 village, Bakshirhat Circle, Cooch Behar by the teacher inchargeship of Mr. Tapan Kumar Adhikary. The land of the school was donated by Mr. Haran ch Saha. The school started its journey with students of class I and class II with a single teacher. There were 35 students in the school at the beginning. This school gives an opportunity to the children for free and complete primary education as per the guidelines of the West Bengal Board of Primary education.
