Our school BHANUKUMARI JR. HIGH SCHOOL is a new setup Co-Educational Upper primary School, which is established in 2008 but our academic session has been starting since 2010.Our school is a government aided school with DISE code 19030509404. This is a rural  school which situated  at BHANUKUMARI  village in Coochbehar district of West Bengal. This is running now from class V to VIII  and our medium of instruction is Bengali. 

Our school had been  started as new setup Jr. High school with three teachers namely,

1)BIKASH SARKAR, BA,B.ED,Geography 

2)SANKAR SARKAR, MA, B. Ed,ENGLISH 

3)ROFIK ALI GAYEN, B. Sc(H),B. Ed,Mathematics. 

From above three teachers BIKASH SARKAR took responsibility of teacher in charge  (TIC) and after about one year that charge took SANKAR SARKAR and he performed as TIC till 2014 and after that ROFIK ALI GAYEN has been performing the duty of TIC till now. BIKASH SARKAR resigned from our school in 2013 and that of SANKAR SARKAR in 2014.Now our school has three regular teachers and one group-D. staff.
