Katamari JR. Basic school is situated at village- katamari ,P.0- elazaner kuthi , Dist- cob. The school was profounded in the year 1965.The then land lord late S.K Chakrobarty donated some lands to set up a basic school.But after some years(establishing our school)a organising high school namely Katamari high school( now a higher secondary school) was setup.Our school has a big play ground.By black and white we have no land.The total land belonged in favor of the high school which is at the same campus.We are orphan and landless.There is a small temple in the campus.Now the total enrolled student is 163(2020).Now we are four teachers and one madam.We always try to maintain and obey every laws and order furnished by school education department time to time.Besides academic performance we always try to teach our beloved student some cultural activities.We love the students and they also loved us.
