History

Situated in the heart of the village sangarbari, near Bangladesh Sangarbari 5th plan pry school is reputed to be one of the best village institutions for child education. This school is also situated in Khalisamari G.P.,the birth place of Manishi Panchanan Barma. Under Sitalkuchi Circle     this school was established on 27-06-1984 by some persons of that village named Ramesh chandra Barman, Ramani Kanta Barman, Bakal chandra Barman  (the G.P . member of that time )and Sarada kumar Roy  (Upa-prodhan of that time;Khalisamari G.P ).Smt. Janaki Basak, smt. Hima Basak ,Mahendra Barman and Jogendra Nath Barman donated their lands for establishing this school. Ramani Kanta Barman donated a tinshed for starting the class.Nalini Mohan Roy was the first Head Teacher of this school who loved his students very much. After his retirement on 01-02-2004 Khagendra Nath Barman took place as teacher's -in -charge who lived nearby the school. When Khagendra Nath Barman was transferred to another school, Karuna Roy Sarkar took place as teachers in charge on 15-05-2002. Thereafter Dhanchan Barman joined in this school as a Head Teacher on 01-03-2008.At present  there are three teachers in this school named Dhanchan Barman(H/T )Pabitra Barman(A/T)including a female teacher named Juhi Pal(A/T).They always try to giving the best lessons to the children coming from various rural families. Guardians are also co-operate with the teachers for making the learning process joyful and creating the school environment peaceful.
