Putimari High School Established in 1997 WBBSE MEMO NO. S/Recog/96/322 Dated 5.12.1996  remote area of Mathaabhanga II under lotapota gram panchyet was first recognised by the WBBSE,Most of the students are first generation learner. The School has been upgraded to High School(Co education )w.e.f 2005 by WBBSE.Memo No S/Recog/2006/190 Dated 07.02.2006. Consequently the School  has been upgraded to Higher Secondary Section with a permission to introduce Co education W.e.f 2013 by WBCHSE Memo No. DS(Aca)SD/0055/2013 Dated 10.06.2013 with Science and Arts and since than it has been imparting value of education in different field of learning. Most of the people of the are lying bellow the proverty line. The teachers and the MC done well from the very begining of the school.An amicable relationship between the learner and teachers and guardians have been the mantra the overall development of the school.
