The school was recognised by the Dept. of school Education, West Bengal in the year 2008.The School was proposed to be established at Ekor as per recognition. The school started with two newly appointed teachers recruited by the School Service Commission and approved by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Uttar Dinajpur in the year 2009. The School started with class V in the morning shift in the premises of the adjacent Primary School for the lack of own school building. It continued till 2013 as the land doner went silence regarding land donation which was recorded in the recognation. Finally the local people of Baroduari got motivated to build the school at Baroduari for the sake of the locality.Then the School building was constructed on the vested vacant land adjacent to the Primary School with the verbal permission of the District Project Officer, SSM, Uttar Dinajpur im the year 2013. Since then the school is running successfully at Baroduari with its own school campus.
