History

Dalkhola High School is one of the premies and oldest institution of the Uttar Dinajpur District and it established in 1947. It was the joint endeavour of sri Ram lal panday, sri B.K. Singh Shamshul Haque, patridar Mazhrul Haque and many like minded people Bibi Umme Hani w/o Mazhrul Haque and haji ghurbat ali donated land for this noble cause (plaque in the school was established with Bi-language, Hindi and Urdu and later it become tri-lanuage in 1956 when it got transferred from Bihar to West Bengal under SRC repotand Bengali added to its mediumDalkhola High School has the history of communal harmony and brother hood where pupil of all communities studying together in their own mother tongue it.
