History

Keeping in mind the hardships of the students the Government together with the helping hands of the generous people of the locality of Baram village situated in Kumarganj block of Dakshin Dinajpur established a IV class (V-VIII) junior high school in the year 2001.Gradually the school grows and the number of students increases in due course.In the year 2005 the school was upgraded to the standard of a X-Class High School.It is true that there is no remarkable achievement  from the inception of the school.But the school has been trying its best to become a centre for excellence.
