History

At RAMCHANDRAPUR HIGH SCHOOL, we pride ourselves on being at the centre of the village, providing a safe, happy welcoming environment for children, parents and visitors. It is a co-educational Higher Secondary school with around 1000 students on roll. The school was established in 1960, funded by the voluntary contribution of some villagers and recognised in the month of January, 1962. In 1965 it was upgraded into Class IV Jr. High School and finally affiliated as a X Class High School in 1984. Later it became Higher Secondary in 2012.
