About School

Harishchandra Pur Kiranbala Balika Vidyashram Was established on the land donated by eminent doctor Late Pinaki Ranjan Roy and his brothers in the loving memory of their mother Smt. Kiranbala Devi in the year 1968.. The school is located at the north side of Harishchandra Pur (Block-1)near bus stand.

The first batch from this school appeared in the school final examination in the year 1976.The school was upgrated to 10+2 in 2003.

At present 1950 students are studying in this school.. Students are being offered the opportunity of studying subjects like History Philosophy Political Science and Education in 10+2 standard. Vocational course like Electronics and Apparel are also there. I.C.T Instructor is there to offer training in Computer.
