History

            Araidanga D. B. M. Academy is one of the oldest schools in West Bengal having history more than hundred years.

            As per Gazette issued by West Bengal Government it was found that the school was established long before 1900.

            As per Memo No of C.U. – 1929 the school got recognition on of M.P. since 1928.

            Later it was upgraded to XI (Old) Class.

            From 1976 the school got permission to run XI – XII stream. From 2007 the Vocational Stream has been introduced.
