History

Sitalpur Mobarakpur High School(H.S), a state govt sponcerd school,is situated at Sitalpur,Chanchal,Malda.It was established in1928 as an organised school. The state govt adopted this school and recognised class iv plus junior high school by WBBSE as per vide memo number 23517/G dated 14-12-1965. The school got permission for class x high school from WBBSE as per vide memo number 11382/G dated 31-07-1968. The school was upgraded to Higher Secondary by WBCHSE vide memo number DS(A)/SD/1661/Recog/2000 dated 24-10-2000. This school has produced many scholars in every field of education.
