History

 The school started on 2nd January, 1968.At first 2 classes were arranged. The school sits at the local primary school. Lakshmi Kundu, Krishna Roy, Gopa Mukherjee are the three teachers. Entrepreneurs Shri Shankar Prasad Das, Shri Kali Prasanna Das, Shri Dev Prasad Mukherjee, Shri Jitendra Nath Karmakar, Shri Paritesh Das, Shri Atul Chandra Das, Shri Amar Chandra Sarkar, Shri Nishi Kant Saha, Shri Ramesh Chandra Das, Shri Bhupendra Nath Das,Shri Sukumar Das, Gavinda Sarkar were also countless more young and old people of the village. D.I Of School was Mrs. Shanti Das. The school was built through their tireless efforts. The letter of approval was received after the school was running for about 8/9 months. The school moved from primary school to Maltipur club in 1977. After running classes for two long years, the school moved to its own place. In 1976, Shri Sukumar Das became the secretary of school . During his time a house was built in the school. The remaining three houses of the school were completed during the tenure of the Administrator in 1979. Those who helped in this regard were Shri Dev Prasad Mukherjee, Shri Kali Prasanna Das, Kashim Ali. After running the school for ten long years, four classes were approved by teacher Anita Pal, teacher Shikha Sarkar Gupta and Peon Shri Madhusudhan Swarnakar. In 1981 Uma Das, a teacher taught science in the sixth grade. Clerk Shri Shankhakumar Das joined the work in 1983. That is the post of 1st Clerk was obtained about 15 years after the establishment of the school. After running the school till now it is seen that a large part of those who have passed the eighth grade till now are poor who do not study anymore.In the meantime, Shri Shankar Prasad Das became the secretary of the newly formed committee. At this time a pucca house was built in the school. In 1985, the ninth grade and in 1986, the tenth grade were played in the proposed format. Hon'ble Sultan Ali  Headmaster of Jalalpur High School and Shri Dev Prasad Mukherjee were the initiators. Building a high school started in 1985 with a tough challenge.
