      Malda also spelt Maldah is a district in West Bengal. Mango,jute and silk are the most notable products of this district. Palashbari T.A High School is situated at Bamongola block in Malda district. It is about 53 km away from Malda town and 13 km from block office.

      The school was established in the year 1972 with the help of some villager. The school is in remote village surrounded by SC/ST community. The school came under WBBSE in 1984. The school imparts education in the backward classes of the locality since then. Now the school is imparting education according to the need of the time under the guidance of School Education Department.
