History

the school established in the year 1939. its located at centre of Malda. the founder of this school was Late Smt. Uma Roy, the freedom fighter and social  worker.the school was recognized as X class High Schol w.e.f. 1.1.1971 vide WBBSED Memo No. 9465/6 dated 23.11.71 and has been upgraded as Higher Secondary in general stream w.e.f 1.7.2012 vide WBCHSE Memo No. DS(A)SD/0313/Recog/12 dated 04.06.2012.
