History

Situated at the border of Murshidabad, Birbhum and Burdwan districts, Marut Junior High School is the last pilgrimage of Education of the district of Murshidabad. The land of this institution of repute was gifted by the generous education loving villagers in the year of 2010 and the institution got its affiliation from Wset Bengal Secondary Education as a New Set up Upper Primary School. The School building was constructed by the respected Guest Teacher of the then in the year of 2011 and from then the school is smooth running with moderate strength of students. The school contributed in the academic as well as sports sector and foumd its place among the prestigious other educational institutions of the Murshidabad district. standing with four all weather classroom (among them two was newly constructed) amid the two acres of vast land, the school has its own playground and garden.
