History

Baradiha Santal Primary Pchool was established in 1950, which is situated at the Baradiha village (post -singhee) under the Bolpur Intensive Circle. At the inception of school, there was a kutcha house(one room) which was in poor condition, the students had faced many difficulties for availaling education. During that time, there was only a government appointed teacher named late DHAESWAR DAWN who"s house beside the school. He had an active roll to impart modern education to children in various subjects. After that, Government opened its doors with few students up to forth grade. Most of the children belonged to scheduled caste & scheduled tribe. The school's dynamic educational environment has continued to evolve, but gradually the school condition started improving day by day due to new construction of school building with the help of SARVA SIKSHA MISSION & BIRBHUM DISTRICT  PRIMARY SCHOOL COUNCIL and appoinment new teachers. We continue students enrollment currently at 45 students. In general, school has five rooms along with available toilet, kitchen, book rack etc.Now a days, we are very happy as students can attend their classes without any difficulties. Apart from our school history,  the school committee has remainted committed to creating an  academic enviorionment in which students can learn more and more things, get supported, challenged and encouraged to grow in the future.
