Kareya Karuichandi High School was established in the year 1969 and was started as a Jr. High school. Some people of Kareya interested in education donated their own land free of cost to establish the school. The first secretary of the school was Hon’ble Satkari Ghosh Mahasaya, whose contribution to the establishment of the school is undeniable The School received approval of 10th class in the year of 2011.
