Kurgram pry. school is situated near the Ajay river.It was estabilished in 1956.The school land was donated by Bholanath Chakraborty and brothers.There land was donated for great purpose.The village is in floodpron area and there live many sc poor families.The villagers are so simple. There were many problems but now many facilities are available in this school such as electricity,play materials,kitchen shade,CFE,stage for cultural programme.
