History

our school, Bunia Dangal high School at Dangal (besides Lavpur – Langalhata Bus route) in Birbhum was established in 1966 but recognized by Govt. In 1968. The name of the school is named in the name of to neighbouring villages Bunia & Dangal. It is initially known as Bunia Junior high school.  Then it was shifted to village Dangal, so it is named as Bunia dangal Junior high school.  Late Narayan Chandra Mondal, late Shaktipada mondal & late Shashanka Mohon Mondal are the main founders of the school. Besides these Late Balaram Mondal, late Renupada Pal, late Dwijapada Mondal etc have great role to donate the place of school at Dangal and help to established the school. It was initially for 4 class junior High School from class V to VIII. Later on it was upgraded as 10 class High school (IX & X). It is a Co-ed School .This School is one of the Oldest School in neighbouring villages which is Govt. sponsored one. The goal of the school is to provide a healthy and caring environment in which all members of the institution irrespective of their class religion or creed can achieve personal excellence and where both effort and achievement are encouraged and nourished.
