The school came under salary deficit scheme WEF 01.01.1979 in terms of G.O No 2684Edr(s)/1-G-24/78 dated 21.12.1978 .

The school recognised as a X class High School at the first time WEF 01.01.1982 vide memo  no S/254 dated 31.03.1982 of the West Bengal Bord of Secondary education
