History

This School was established in the year 1954 . There being no School within 10 KMs . Some magnanimous

Persons of Balijuri and Surrounding Villages took the vow of establishing a school for the boy and girls of the

Locality. They donated lands for this purpose and came forward with all sorts of help. As a result of their

Conserted  effort this School was set up with a handful of student and only ¾ Teachers.

         Initially it was upto 2 class. In 1966 it was upgraded upto VIII class . In 1973 it was upgraded to X Class and

From 2011-12 session Balijuri High School was upgraded to an H. S. School with Arts Stream.
