History

The school was established in1965 by some renound educated persons of Hetampur village. Among them Late Damodar prasad Gupta and Ramkumar Mukhopadhya gave the most effarts. Initially the school called Padmasundari Vidlaya.In that time a 'kalghar'was used as classroom inside Hetampur village. Then it shifted to the place where it is currently situated. The plot was given by Rani Joystnamoyee devi of Hetampur jamindari. The place was called Namobagan/Ambagan. There were only 30-35 girl students in the very begining of this project. Kousambi Mallik, Giridhari Shastri, Bagambar Roychowdhury, Sadek Ali,Chobi Prachando were the teachers of that time. Tulushi Bhaduri was the 1st H. M. Of this institution. some students like.. Pratibhashree Majumdar, Supriya Gupta, Anjali Sen, Juthika sen, Lekha Ganguly, Sabita chatterjee, Maya Mukhopadhya became teachers of the same school.
