History

Banahari Junior High School for Girls’ was established in the year of 2010. This school is located at Banahari village, Birbhum. So the school name is Banahari Junior High School for Girls’. This is the only girls school in the village. It was sanctioned as upper primary/ Jr. High School. The school runs from Class V to Class VIII. First admission was started in 2012. In Class V only 18 students had taken first admission in the school in the year 2012. Later admission of students has gradually increased. Now Class V to VIII are fully running.
