
Junidpur High School is a rural Secondary level co-education school in Birbhum district located in the village of Junidpur(Panchrahat), West Bengal, India. Established in 1968, founded by respected Late Narayanchandra Bandhopadhaya.The Bengali medium school is affiliated with the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) for 10th standard on 01/05/2006. Currently there are about 377 students with 16 staffs.In 1968 there was no proper infrastructure, rather the class started with 10 students in straw-shaded room and with bamboo boundaries. We celebrate the visionaries, the families and community leaders, and the generations of dedicated educators, Ex-HM Siddeswar Saha and all of whom established the foundation and the “scaffolding” to support all that we have accomplished to this date.In 01/01/1970 the School got its recognition for three class Junior High School and after a long time got its recognition on 01/01/1980 for four class from WBBSE.The School got its new destination on 2008 when the first batch of class-X passed out from this School through the hand of our Respected Ex-Headmaster Sirshendu Roychoudhury.“Humanity is above all”-Junidpur High School is committed to personalized liberal education for the harmonious development of body, mind and personality of the students.
