The School recognised as 2 - class by W. B. B. S. E   w. e. f 01.01.1964. Then recognised as 4- class by W. B. B. S. E  w. e. f  01.01.1966. Then the school also recognised as  X - class by W. B. B. S. E  w. e. f  01-01-1979.Then the school also  recognised as a Higher Secondary School by W. B. C. H. S. E  w. e. f  11- 09-2000.
