History

First Recognised as 4-Class Junior High School by the D.I. of Schools (SE)Birbhum, in his memo No.2326/G, dt 23-08-1957 w.e.f. 01-01-1957. Upgraded as X-Class High School by the W.B.B.S.E., vide memo No. 12124/G, dt. 21-05-1964 w.e.f. 01-01-1964, After that period the school was upgraded as XII -Class H.S. School by the W.B.C.H.S.E. vide memo No. DS(A)3D/0561/Recog./12, dt.16-07-2012, w.e.f.2012-13 Academic Session.
