Kamdebpur primary school is a state government primary School situated in Kamdebpur, Akandaberia, Nadia. Kamdebpur primary school is reputed to be one of the oldest and leading school for education in India. It was established in 1948 and ahead offer a intention to import modern education to the little students in all subjects. When the school is situated there was no school in the nearby village. All the students came to the school for learning from very distance place. At first student taught under a big tree. There was no pucca building. After that a mud class room established. Then it was known as patshala. After a long time nearby Matiari panchayat established a pucca building. Now it has four class rooms with full facilities. All subject recommended by W.B.B.P.E. are taught in the school.
