History

Bangaljhi Swami Vivekananda Vidyamandir is one of the best schools in Chapra Block in the district of Nadia for its academic, cultural, games & sports and other co-curricular activities. The school is established in the year of 1969 and affiliated by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education as Junior High School with effect from 01/01/1971. The School is upgraded as 10-class High School in the year of 1996.The recognition as Higher Secondary School is accorded with Co-education in the year of 2006.The school is attended by nearly two thousand pupils.
