History

Nazirpur Primary School is a well known school under Tehatta II circle in the district of Nadia. The School was established in 1947. In the beginning of its journey the school was not situated in its present venue. The school was started with a few students at the premises of a house owned by a jentleman , named Mr. Didar Hossain . At that time Mr. Amalendu Sarkar was  the only teacher and the 1st head master of the school too. Then two more teachers joined the school from Tehatta. After that the person called Mr. Didar Hossain donated 0.12 acres of land and there the school was set up. At first the school building was made of clay and hay. Then with the help of some local educationists a single room was constructed with brick and tin.At that timeno Government allowance was given to the school. From 90th century the the actual development of the school began. The teachers of the school collected a certain amount of money by organizing a "yatra". The four teachers who had a special role in this attempt were Mr. Amalendu Sarkar(H.M.), Mr. Abubakar Mondal(A.T.), Mr .Kartik Guin(A.T.), & Mr. Anuj Kumar Biswas(A.T.). With the joint attempts of the teachers the  infrastructure of the school was started to develop. At the end of 90th century Chhitka Panchayat built up a part of a room. Again by organizing a 'yatra' some money was collected and four rooms including an office room were constructed. Next, Sarba Shiksha Mission revolutionized the infrastructure of the school. At present Nazirpur Primary School is going to acquire  the honour of being the  only Model School of Tehatta 2 circle. Students from 20-25 villages come in this school for getting proper education, discipline & punctuality from the qualified teachers.Nazirpur Primary School is the only school in Nadia district to initiate yearly excursion for the willing students. Despite of inadequate campus area the school has acquired a great reputation.In 2018,the school was honoured with Nirmal Vidyalaya Award by the District Primary School Council. If all these will go on in this way, one day it will be on the top of the success.
