Durlavpur Junior High School is a new set-up co-educational Institution. It was established in the year 2009 at Durlavpur, Nadia. Then it was merged with Durlavpur Prathamik Vidyalaya. The then school was run by the Guest teachers. After that it was founded on the land of the said Primary School adjacent to the school. It was then one-storeyed building consisting of only two incomplete class rooms. There was no usable latrine or toilet. There was no infrastucture at all.
