When there was only Purbanagar board primary school, students had to go 4-5 km away for higher education.To solve this problem all guardian decided to establish a new Jr high school beside the primary school.On 2006 they appeal to Jila Parishad for requirement of jr.high school.Next year with full co operation of sir Bimalendu Biswas the whole procedure had completed to set up a jr.high school from upper authority.Finally on 2009 Purbanagar jr high school has facilitated as a new Jr high school and on 2010 school had started with 2 guest teachers with only class v,On 2011 three teachers joined the school,though the class was taken in primary school building.on 2015 new school building had completed for purbanagar jr high school.now there are three teachers and one group d staff.
