History

Set up in the year 1968, this School is the outcome of the dream-realization effort of some local youth bent on bringing into the class-room education a milieu of people belonging to educationally, economically and socially under-priviledged tribal population. And with the collective efforts of all concerned,we have reached a zero drop-out status among the backward class villagers --a dream envisaged by the founding members of the school. Moreover, with the passage of time, along with the physical development - school bulding et al - bonhommie between the School and the people around in general has been on the rise, and thus this institution has become a piece of pride to all of them.
