History

The school was established in 1978 in the A block of Kalyani with the efforts of a number of initiative, Co-operative, eminent personalities. With the sincere co-operation of all the local people , subsequent Managing Committee ,students,teachers, non-teaching staff,educators,it has now been promoted to the Higher Secondary Level. 

The School has Recognised as 4th class Junior High School w.e.f. 01.01.1984 by W.B.B.S.E. vide memo no S/616 date 03.07.1984 and upgraded as X-Class High School w.e.f .01.05.1996 by WBBSE vide Memo No  S/Recog/96/6 ,date -08.03.1996. Then upgraded as Higher Secondary w.e.f. 2020 -2003 academic session by WBCHSE vide memo no DS(A) SD/322 date 25.08.2002.The school came under grant in Aid from 1984.
