Right from 1940 when the school was founded by Shri Panchu Gopal Bag, the First Head Teacher, and his learned teachers team, with the good hand of Moshlehauddin Ahmed, Doulat Ali, Abdus Salam, Noor Mohammed, Samser Ali with the co-operation of the villagers, it has conducted extensive child care and education for the children of the farmers of the locality of Khilkapur Panchayet and named KHILKAPUR FREE PRIMARY SCHOOL.
