History

This school was establised during 1960.  The school started its academic functioning from 16 August 1960. Amrito Lal Ghosh of Village Kirtipur, P.S. Madhyamgram was the first Head Teacher of this school. He was one of the respected founder personality of the village.  That time there was no primary school at the village.  But there was a High School at that locality. Khaspur F.P. School is situated at village Nababpur of Barasat-2 Block of District North 24 Parganas. At the time of foundation this school had no proper pakka (concrete) building.  However during 1995 Government built a pakka (concrete) building. Thereafter till date this school got additional 4 rooms, 1 Head Teacher Room, 1 kitchen, 2 sets toilets for boys and girls from Sarbo Siksha Mission.
