Gobindapur F.P. School(Govt.aided) started its journey 21st January,1963 as a Bengali medium free primary school. This primary school affiliated to West Bengal Board of Primary Education, under Deganga Circle of North 24 parganas District Primary School Council. Here provision of learning is up to Class IV.
The family of Late Haripada Mandal donated the land of School. At first there was no room in the School. The children were taught in a club room next door. Then the people of the village built a fenced house for school room. After long time, Sarva Shiksha department released money (ACR) for school building and now there is enough room for studying in our school.
For over 57 years, The Gobindapur F.P. School has been committed to providing a student a well-rounded academic, physical, cultural program with the help of experienced and dedicated facility. The focus of Gobindapur F.P. School is academic, social and emotional success to provide a flexible learning environment that incorporates our theme of several opportunity real world experiences.

Our goal is to provide Free and Compulsory education to each and every child as mensioned in RTE act, 2009. Well trained staffs of our school are determined and responsible to provide joyful, realistic, natural and Child friendly learning environment, so that the children can learn and grow spontaneously at its own pace. Hygienic and Quality Mid day meal is also served under Government Mid day meal programme.
