History

This school was establised during 1962. The school started its academic functioning from 07 jan1962. Harenlal sarkar of Village Nakpul, P.S. – Habra was the first Head Teacher of this school. He was one of the respected founder personality of the village. That time there was no primary school at the village. But there was a Junior High School at that locality. Later the Junior High School was separated and converted to a High School upto class X. Swamiji seva sangha junior basic school is situated at village Nakpul of Habra1 Block of District North 24 Parganas. At the time of foundation this school had no proper pakka (concrete) building. However during 1980 the Ramkrishna Math built a pakka (concrete) building consisting of 2 rooms for this school. Thereafter till date this school got additional 5 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 sets toilets for boys and girls from Sarbo Siksha Mission.
