BALIADANGA RAMPUR ISWARCHANDRA BIDYA BHAVAN

History

The day was January 1, 1969. Until then, there was no primary school in Baliadanga, Rampur area. I had to cross a lot of roads to study. The school was established in the village of Baliadanga after the tireless work of the revered Mahitoshe Ghosh, educationist Shantiram Ghosh and Rabin Ghosh for the relief of the locals. At the time of its establishment, there was only one room with a fence. From there the path begins. It was approved by the West Bengal Education Department in 1973 after twelve long years with the dedicated efforts of the villagers. From then on, the path started in a new way. The locals donated fourteen hundred acres of land for the establishment of the school. It was later renamed by the West Bengal Land Revenue Department. In this way, the school has now become a two-storey house. The number of students has also increased. At present, in 2020, the number of students has been 139.
