History

This school was establised during 1955.  The school started its academic functioning from 12 th August 1955. The founder of school Late Khagendra Ghosh was one of the respected  person of the village. That time there was no primary school at the village.  But there was a Junior High School beside that locality. Tajpur Ghoshpara  F.P School is situated at village Tajpur Ghoshpara of Habra II Block of District North 24 Parganas. At the time of foundation this school had no proper pakka (concrete) building. Thereafter till date this school got additional 3 rooms,1 teacher's room, 1 kitchen, 2 sets toilets and 2 sets latins for boys and girls from Sarbo Siksha Mission.
