History

BHATENDA F.P. SCHOOL, Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas has crossed glorious 101years... The school is the oldest primary school in our District. It was established in 1920(1st. March,1920)by local educationist and some members of famous Roy family of Rajarhat. But local hearsay that the school actually established in 1889 with help of local Zamindar(Roy Family ).... And in 1920 local 'Singha Ray..'families donated 2.5 Bigha land, where our school established and in the year 1920... with help of Martin rail company gave some materials like rail, corrugated tin ect.... and constructed a 'tin shed..' 

Present pucca Building construction started in January, 2007....
